Description:
The Progressive Care Unit has a total of 16 beds.
The unit is staffed by 42 individuals.
During the day shift, the typical staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 Patient Care Technicians.
The night shift consists of 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 Patient Care Technicians.
Patient ratios are maintained at 4:1.
The unit utilizes a collaborative electronic medical record system.
There are no on-call or floating requirements for staff.
Ideal candidates will possess a collaborative and team-oriented personality.
Candidates lacking the required experience will not be considered for this role.
Preference will be given to those with BLS and ACLS certifications.
The unit encourages the application of travel RNs, local Certified Nursing Assistants, and sitters.
