Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 36 hours per week, 4 days a week
- Required Qualifications: Virginia State Nursing License, BLS certification, at least 2 years of Pre-Operative Admission experience, experience with Epic electronic medical record system
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong IV skills, experience working with geriatric patients
- Float: Float support to sister units and on-campus surgery center as needed
- Additional Information: Position is a full-time vacancy with 2 openings, working in a 20-bed surgical unit. Candidates should be adaptable to support various clinical areas as needed, following the dress code of Navy Blue scrubs. The unit primarily serves geriatric patients, with a focus on efficient pre-operative procedures.
