Demonstrated ability to perform Urine Point of Care testing. Demonstrated knowledge of capillary blood glucose testing. Demonstrated knowledge of IStat. Demonstrated ability to perform adult cardiac monitoring. Demonstrated knowledge of newborn monitors including pulse oximetry and cardiac monitoring. Demonstrated ability to perform heel sticks/venipuncture on newborns. Demonstrated knowledge of newborn medication including ability to perform IV administration and maintenance. Demonstrated knowledge to support maternal-newborn teaching. Description: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. Minimum three years of labor and delivery experience. Minimum three years of postpartum experience. Minimum one year of medical/surgical nursing experience.
