### Exciting RN Opportunity in Mother Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum
- **Shift:** Nights from 19:45 to 07:15 on various days of the week
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of specialty experience required
- **First-Time Travelers:** Not accepted
- **Certifications Required:**
- BLS
- NRP
- **License:** RN License (State or Compact)
- **Floating:** Clinicians will not float within their scope to meet facility needs
- **Call Requirement:** Yes, based on unit needs
- **Weekend Requirement:** Yes, per unit needs
- **Float Requirement:**
- Yes, must be Antepartum trained
- Must have fetal monitoring experience
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Typical ratios are 1:3 couplets
- Up to 6 patients if needed
- **Unit Size:** 32 beds
- **Charting System:** Epic
- **Scrub Color:** Blue Navy
- **Patient Population:**
- Postpartum patients who do not require ICU level of care
- High-risk patient population
- Antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience
- Newborn patients who do not require NICU level of care
- 2000gm and above, late preterm, and substance-exposed newborns
- **Clinical Procedures:**
- Phototherapy
- Magnesium drips
- Insulin drips
- Heparin drips
- PCA & PCEA pumps
- **Support Provided:** Breastfeeding support for postpartum patients
