**Exciting Opportunity for RN in Mother Baby/Couplet Care/Post-Partum!**
**Job Description:**
- **Shift:** Nights, 19:45 - 07:15, Various days of the week
- **Experience Required:** 1 year of specialty experience
- **First-Time Travelers:** Not accepted
- **Certifications Needed:** BLS, NRP
- **License:** RN License (state or compact)
- **Floating:** No floating outside of defined scope
- **Call Requirements:** Yes, as per unit needs
- **Weekend Requirements:** Yes, as per unit needs
- **Floating Required:** Yes, must be Antepartum Trained to float to Labor & Delivery with fetal monitoring experience
- **Patient Ratios:** Typically 1:3 couplets, up to 6 patients
- **Unit Size:** 32 beds
- **Charting System:** Epic
- **Scrub Color:** Blue Navy
- **Patient Types:**
- Postpartum patients who do not require ICU-level care
- High-risk population including:
- Antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience
- Newborns over 2000gm who do not require NICU-level care
- Late preterm infants
- Substance-exposed newborns
- Patients requiring phototherapy
- Magnesium, insulin, and heparin drips
- PCA & PCEA pump management
- **Breastfeeding Support:** Provide support for our postpartum patients
