Daily patient ratios are typically 3-4 dyads (6-8 patients) on nights and weekends. Must be able to provide family-centered care and support to women and infants. Staffing may include interdisciplinary support teams such as IV teams and social services. Expect to engage in care for a variety of patient diagnoses and conditions. Requires passing an EKG exam prior to start. Candidates must have the ability to float to different units as needed. A strict compliance deadline for credentialing is required. Two professional references are needed, including one from a manager or supervisor. Candidates must be responsive and cooperative with credentialing processes. Education must be from an accredited nursing program. Former employees are eligible for rehire after a six-month separation.
