**Exciting Opportunity for a Postpartum RN!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic 97-bed postpartum unit at a leading healthcare facility
- Work in a Level IV maternal and Level III NICU environment
- Experience the thrill of supporting approximately 12,000 births annually, making it the 5th largest birth volume in the nation
- Enjoy a 13-week contract, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No call requirements; weekends on a rotating basis for work-life balance
- Patient ratios of 1:4 for couplet care, ensuring personalized attention
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 26 staff members, including 4 RNs and a charge nurse during the day
- Utilize Meditech and CPN for electronic medical records
- Engage in a variety of procedures including:
- Non-stress tests
- Hyperemesis management
- Insulin drips
- Magnesium administration
- Heparin drips
- Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- BLS certification (mandatory)
- Previous labor and delivery or antepartum experience (preferred)
- Emphasize teamwork and communication skills, fostering a collaborative atmosphere
- Required attire: Navy blue scrubs
