Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 26-bed Mother/Baby unit with patient ratios of 1:3 to 1:4
• Work night shift alongside a Charge RN and a team of 6-7 RNs
• Perform and assist with circumcisions as part of routine unit procedures
• Educate new parents on newborn safety, nurturing, and infant health
• Document and manage patient care using Meditech / CPN EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Colorado (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of current Mother/Baby hospital experience
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Lactation support experience
• Newborn transitions experience
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
