    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a Level III Trauma Operating Room serving a complex community setting
    • Circulate independently across multiple surgical specialties, maintaining a 1:1 clinician-to-patient ratio
    • Care for a diverse patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, with a daily census of approximately 30–40 patients
    • Perform and maintain basic aseptic technique throughout all surgical procedures
    • Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system
    • Fulfill on-call obligations including 2–3 weekday calls, 1–2 weekend calls, and 1 holiday call per 4-week schedule
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience in a single facility
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel nurse
    • Demonstrated competence in circulating independently and multispecialty surgical settings
    • Proficiency with aseptic technique and surgical protocols
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and CNOR certification preferred
    • Scrub experience preferred
    • Experience with Mako robotic and da Vinci surgical systems
