RT, pharmacy, ICU intensivist and anesthesia coverage available 24/7. Must be comfortable with vents, ABGs, ICP monitoring and telemetry.

• Unit: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

• Shift: 12-hour Days

• Start Date: October 13, 2026

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

• Open Positions: 2

• Pay Rate: $70/hr - $73/hr 

✅ Requirements

• Active RN license required

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• 2 years of PACU/recovery or ICU experience

• First-time travelers are welcome

• BLS and ACLS required

• PALS required/preferred per unit notes

• BSN not required 

PACU Details

• 15-bed PACU

• Phase 1 & Phase 2 recovery

• Typical ratio: 2:1

• Cerner/SurgiNet EMR

• Charge nurse available

• PCA support available

• RT, pharmacy, ICU intensivist and anesthesia coverage available 24/7

• No neonates; pediatric recovery experience is needed

• Must be comfortable with vents, ABGs, ICP monitoring and telemetry

• RN should be able to troubleshoot ventilators and interpret own telemetry strips
