Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post procedural care for patients in a 16-bed Interventional Vascular Unit (IVU) with 3 procedural rooms
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop care plans, and deliver patient and family education
• Perform IV starts, general procedure preparation, and maintain a safe patient environment
• Administer moderate sedation intra-procedure and manage emergency events as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR
• Collaborate closely with vascular surgeons, radiologists, cardiologists, anesthesia teams, and neuro-radiologists in a team-based environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Experience in PACU, Endoscopy, or Pre/Post care within an Interventional Radiology setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an Interventional Vascular or Interventional Radiology unit
• Familiarity with diagnostic and interventional vascular procedures
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
