    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Day Shift with Varied Hours (8:00 AM–8:00 PM, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–10:00 PM) | On-Call Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients recovering from a wide range of surgical procedures including general, neuro, oncology, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries
    • Maintain a 1:2 patient ratio in a 26-bed PACU setting located adjacent to the OR on the second floor of the main hospital
    • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
    • Adhere to ASPAN guidelines for post-anesthesia nursing practice
    • Fulfill on-call obligations including one night per week and two weekends per 13-week contract
    • Float to Day Surgery as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 1 year of PACU experience
    • ICU experience required
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Ability to work varied shift times and fulfill on-call requirements
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience
    • Familiarity with Meditech EMR
    • Experience with a broad range of surgical specialties including neuro, oncology, orthopedics, and vascular
