    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-hour day shifts with start times ranging from 7:30–9:00 AM | Call expected 3–5 weeknights per six-week period and 1–2 weekends of call per six-week period

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide post-procedure care for patients across all surgical specialties, including adults and pediatric populations, as well as ICU, MRI, Oncology, and Interventional Radiology patients
    • Work within a 16-bay Phase I PACU maintaining nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1
    • Utilize Epic for clinical charting, AcuDose medication dispensing systems, and Philips monitoring equipment
    • Float to the Day Unit (pre/post) as needed to care for Phase II patients following training
    • Must be willing to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
    • Badge in and out at the facility for every shift
    Required Qualifications
    • Active North Dakota or Compact RN License
    • Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience
    • BLS – American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • ACLS – American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • PALS – American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR required
    • Experience working with pediatric patients required
    • Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; candidates living between 60 and 80 miles may be considered at a local travel rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Critical Care or Intermediate Care Unit experience
    • Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment
    • Experience caring for oncology or interventional radiology patients in a post-procedure setting
