    Job Title

    Seasonal Travel RN – PACU

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Shift: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM | Start Date: September 28, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia recovery care for patients undergoing a wide range of surgical and interventional procedures
    • Float between PACU units including Main, Surgical Robotics, and Orthopedic Surgery Center as needed
    • Manage a patient ratio of 1:2 (up to 1:3 for same-day surgery patients) in accordance with ASPAN standards
    • Care for high-acuity patients including neuro/stroke, interventional radiology, TAVR, critical care overflow, and surgical cases such as spine, GI, colorectal, total joints, GYN, and robotics
    • Utilize GE monitoring equipment and document care using Meditech EMR
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and patient care technicians
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care and/or PACU
    • Current PALS, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
    • Ability to float between multiple PACU units within the facility
    • Flexibility and strong interpersonal communication skills
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with stroke care and high neuro-volume patient populations
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a PACU or surgical setting
