    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Easton, Maryland, 21601!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – PACU

    Location

    Easton, MD | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 16 Weeks | Days | Rotating shifts (2x8: 07:00–15:30 / 2x10: 07:00–17:30), totaling expected 36 hours/week | On-site

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide post-anesthesia care to a patient population spanning pediatrics, adolescents, and adults within PACU hours of 07:30–20:30
    • Participate in rotating on-call shifts, including Fridays (19:00–07:00), Saturdays (07:00–07:00), Sundays (07:00–07:30), and holidays (07:00–19:00); expected approximately three on-call shifts per four-week period, subject to unit needs
    • Work every other weekend as scheduled, inclusive of scheduled call obligations
    • Work holidays as they fall per the schedule, including on-call as assigned
    • Float within the specialty, to other units, and to sister facilities within scope as required; travelers are first to float
    • Maintain compliance with all onboarding requirements, including lab completion within 72 hours of contract signing and submission of compliance documents no later than 5 days prior to start date
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license in Maryland or a valid Compact RN license at time of submission
    • ACLS certification – American Heart Association only
    • BLS certification – American Heart Association only
    • PALS certification – American Heart Association only
    • CPI certification required for compliance; the Calm Every Storm online version is the only acceptable online option

    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior PACU experience with a multi-age patient population including pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
    • Comfort and flexibility with variable scheduling and rotating shift times
    • Experience floating across units or facilities within scope
