Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatrics PACU- Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia
- Assess patient condition and readiness for discharge
- Administer medications and manage pain relief
- Provide education to patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - Pediatrics PACU- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Previous pediatric experience preferred
- Experience in PACU or similar environment
