Key Responsibilities
Perform patient care functions in accordance with State of Maine Board of Nursing standards and facility policies and procedures
Operate under the supervision of the Unit Director and receive direct shift supervision from the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care within the ASU/PACU setting
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Required Qualifications
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
Current Maine RN license or valid compact license
BLS — current or obtained within 30 days of hire
ACLS — current or obtained within 90 days of hire
PALS — current or obtained within 1 year of hire
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a collaborative team-oriented approach
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
1–3 years of RN experience, preferably in ASU or PACU settings
