### Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) - Preop/PACU CWR!
**Job Description:**
- Be a vital part of the healthcare team as a Registered Nurse responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with exceptional patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients with initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician's medical diagnosis, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with precision and care.
- Manage care of patients with the utmost dedication and professionalism.
- Document care according to the highest standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of innovative practices in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care that aligns with the professional nursing practice model.
- Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 2 years of strong, recent experience in critical care, pre-op, and Recovery/PACU.
- Solid background in Telemetry.
- Must be tele certified.
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
- 3+ years of PACU experience preferred.
- Expected to work in various preop/PACU within Perioperative services as needed.
- Expertise in caring for patients on ventilators.
**Education:**
- Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
**Required Certifications & Licensure:**
- New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- BLS - AHA certified.
- ACLS - AHA certified.
- PALS certified.
- Telemetry certified.
**Schedule Notes:**
- Hybrid Registered Nurse PreOp and PACU - 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (10-hour shift).
- 40 hours per week.
- No weekends.
- No on-call requirements.
