Schedule: Every 3rd weekend; No call required
Highlights:
- Provide holistic nursing care across diverse patient populations from pediatric to geriatric throughout the life cycle
- Work within a Level I Trauma center environment with Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise patient care plans
- Participate in shared governance and decision-making for nursing practice standards
- Execute the full scope of nursing practice including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Travel nursing assignment with competitive compensation package
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years Critical Care experience (ICU or Emergency Department)
- Previous PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR system proficiency
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or ARC)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret cardiac rhythms
- Experience caring for pediatric through geriatric patient populations
- Level I Trauma center experience required
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and 2 supervisory references with employment dates
