Job Opportunity – PACU Registered Nurse – North Dakota

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: North Dakota

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (start times between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM); 36 or 48 hours per week; Call required: 3-5 weeknights per 6-week period, plus 1-2 weekends per 6-week period

Highlights:
  • 16-bay Phase I PACU in a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Diverse case mix: caring for all surgical specialties including adults and pediatric patients, as well as ICU, MRI, Oncology, and Interventional Radiology patients post-procedure
  • 1:1 or 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio ensuring quality patient care
  • EPIC charting system with modern equipment including Phillips monitors and AcuDose medication dispensing
  • Opportunity to float to Broadway Day unit (pre-post) for phase two patient care
  • Scrubs provided (Ceil Blue)
Requirements:
  • Active North Dakota RN License or Compact RN License
  • Minimum 2 years recent PACU experience required
  • ACLS – AHA certification required
  • BLS – AHA certification required
  • PALS – AHA certification required
  • EPIC experience required
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric patients
  • Critical Care or Intermediate Unit experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
