Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (PACU) – Minnesota

Schedule: Every 3rd weekend; no call required
Highlights:
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients across the lifespan including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Work in a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a Level I Trauma facility
- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and care coordination
- Engage in collaborative, multidisciplinary care planning and shared decision-making
- Execute full scope of nursing practice including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years Critical Care experience (ICU or Emergency Department)
- Previous PACU experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret cardiac rhythms
- Experience with pediatric through geriatric patient populations
- Level I Trauma center experience required
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) pertinent to specialty
- Two supervisory references with employment dates
