Data is recorded concisely, consistently, accurately, and legibly. Correct medical terminology and abbreviations are utilized. Resources are utilized in planning and presenting patient education. Collaboration with other disciplines is conducted as appropriate. Unit and hospital goals are supported through performance improvement and educational activities. Attendance at mandatory in-services is required to meet unit education standards. Variance reports are accurately completed. Independent judgment is exercised in planning operations and making minor decisions. This role works directly with patients and customers.
