Job Opportunity – Physician – Indiana

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana

Schedule:
- Weeknight call shifts: 3-4 shifts per month (9:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
- Day call coverage: 1 weekend monthly
- Night shift call: 1 weekend every 6 weeks
- Holiday coverage: 1 evening shift and day after holiday; 1 holiday call shift

Requirements:
- Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
