Pay: $2,172.40 per week

Shifts: Day Shift 8:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, and 12:00pm waterfall schedule; 9, 10 & 12 Hr shifts; On-call after 9:30pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specialized in Post Anesthetic Care to join our team in Richmond, VA. This travel role requires strong skills in PACU or ICU settings, with a focus on neuro cases. The nurse will work in a dynamic surgery center environment, providing high-quality care to patients post-anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Provide specialized post-anesthetic care in the PACU setting
• Operate and manage ventilators and monitoring equipment, such as Phillips and GE monitors
• Conduct drip titration and set up PCA pumps
• Perform arterial line blood draws
• Ensure patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 for unstable ICU or pediatric patients
• Collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, Clinical Coordinators, and Department Assistants

Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Valid RN license
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in PACU or ICU settings
• Strong neuro background with ventilator competency
• Experience in drip titration preferred
