Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work with patients requiring advanced monitoring and care. Shifts will include rotating start times in the evenings. There will be a requirement for on-call availability. Nurses are expected to work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. This role demands high-level critical thinking and decision-making skills. Candidate must pass an EKG exam related to dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
