Description:
The Registered Nurse will work in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
This role is suitable for first-time travelers.
The nurse will be required to manage patient care post-surgery.
They will monitor patients recovering from various surgical procedures.
The typical patient population will include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Key responsibilities include airway assessment and management, patient monitoring, and pain management.
The nurse will administer medications as per protocols and manage any adverse reactions.
Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The nurse will participate in the assessment and evaluation of patients' conditions.
They must follow hospital protocols regarding infection control and safety measures.
Weekend shifts will be required as part of the role.
Call and on-call duties may also be part of the responsibilities.
