Location: Santa Fe, NM

Pay: $2150.00 weekly

Shifts: Days - 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (4, 10-hour rotating shifts)

Seven Healthcare are seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Post Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) in Santa Fe, NM. In this role, you'll coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned units. You will ensure quality care is provided in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PACU

• Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities according to patient age and needs
• Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
• Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care within established time frames
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of facts and evaluate patient outcomes
• Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
• Evaluate the plan of care
• Perform various Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PACU

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• Current BLS via AHA Certification required
• Current ACLS via AHA Certification required
• Current PALS via AHA Certification required
• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
