Experience with OR equipment capital purchases and usage of all equipment in the OR.
Ability to report on KPIs and quality initiative projects.
Description:
The unit consists of 9 operating rooms and 1 OB operating room.
Patient populations include urology, orthopedic, gynecological, vascular, general surgery, ENT, and spine patients.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task quickly and adapt to continuous changes in the daily schedule.
Candidates should demonstrate a collaborative approach when working with surgeons and anesthesia partners.
Team orientation is essential, as collaboration with both the Operating Room team and other departments is required.
Scrub color is ceil blue, which is provided.
All other attire is considered unacceptable.
The candidate will not be required to complete any education modules prior to the first day.
