Job Title: Registered Nurse - PACU (Post Anesthetic Care)

Location: Santa Fe, NM

Pay: $2074.40 weekly

Shifts: Days - 8:00AM-6:30PM (4, 10-hour rotating shifts)

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PACU
  • Meet expectations of applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies
  • Obtain and record initial assessments, establish priorities based on patient needs
  • Re-assess patients systematically to identify necessary interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Make comprehensive nursing decisions and modify plans based on outcomes
  • Participate in health education and discharge planning
  • Implement and document timely interventions
  • Evaluate care plans and perform Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PACU
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Current New Mexico RN license or compact state license
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via AHA
  • Experience suitable to patient population served
  • Effective communication skills for diverse patient ages
