This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic post-anesthetic care unit, providing recovery care for surgical patients. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Deliver post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthetic teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adjust levels of anesthesia as needed while assessing patient's recovery progress
Requirements of the RN - PACU- Minimum 1-year current hospital PACU experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
