Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care- Provide care to patients recovering from anesthesia
- Monitor patient vitals using bedside monitors and Central Tele Monitor
- Administer and manage IV drips and medications
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including one PCT
- Facilitate procedures such as ECT and blood patch
- Utilize Expanse documentation system for accurate record-keeping
Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Preferred 1-2 years of ICU or ER experience
- Experience with ventilators and critical drips
