Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care- Monitor patient recovery from anesthesia and report any complications.
- Assess patient status and provide appropriate care during post-anesthesia recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care- Current RN license
- Previous PACU experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
