Description:
The unit has 55 beds and a staffing level of around 400.
Staffing includes day shift roles such as 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters.
Night shift patient ratios are 1:4.
Commonly used equipment includes EMR Meditech.
Typical procedures performed in the unit include the discharge of post-surgical patients, DC IV, patient teaching, and discharge paperwork.
Candidates with demonstrated experience in these areas are preferred.

Weekends and on-call duties may be required as part of the role.
