Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Georgetown, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, day shift; approximately 2-4 call shifts every 4 weeks; weekend on-call 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Highlights:

  • 13-week contract assignment in a well-established 18-bed outpatient surgery unit
  • Diverse procedural experience including pre- and post-op care for endoscopy, general surgery, GI, orthopedics, urology, spine, gynecology, breast oncology/reconstruction, podiatry, cardioversions, heart catheterizations, interventional radiology procedures, and bronchoscopies
  • Patient ratio of 1:4 with a collaborative team of experienced full-time RNs
  • EMR system: Meditech
  • Supportive, team-oriented nursing staff with extensive tenure and experience
  • Opportunity to work independently during on-call shifts while being part of a strong day shift team

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in Texas (or compact state license)
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
  • Pre-op and post-op nursing experience required
  • ACLS certification required
  • Hospital nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexibility with scheduling and call requirements
