Job Opportunity – PACU Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM. Unit operates 24/7 with holiday call coverage required.

  • Diverse case mix including Thoracic, Orthopedic, Neurology, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery
  • Cerner EMR system in use facility-wide
  • Supportive environment with dedicated Charge Nurse and Supervisor oversight
  • Holiday requirement: 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday annually
  • Non-local candidates only (must reside outside a 50-mile radius)

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Georgia (or compact state eligibility)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent PACU nursing experience required
  • Current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
  • Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
