# Job Opportunity – PACU Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 7, 2026 **Location:** Arlington, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Varied shift times (8a-8p, 9a-9p, or 10a-10p); one night per week and two weekends per 13-week contract; 1:2 patient ratio**Highlights:**
- 26-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit with exposure to diverse surgical specialties including General, Neuro, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Vascular procedures

- Meditech EMR system utilized throughout the facility
- On-call coverage only; no block scheduling
- 13-week contract assignment with potential to extend
**Requirements:**
- Current RN license in Texas (or eligible for compact licensure)
- ICU and PACU experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- ACLS certification required
- Ability to work varied shift times and fulfill call obligations
- May be required to float to Day Surgery as needed
