Travel Nurse RN - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op - $1,875 per week in Atlanta, GA

Job Opportunity – PACU Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Facility operates 24/7 with holiday call coverage required.

Highlights:

• High-acuity PACU environment with diverse surgical case mix including Thoracic, Orthopedic, Neurology, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery
• Cerner EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient care
• Structured leadership support with Charge Nurse and Supervisor oversight
• Consistent weekday schedule with no weekend shifts
• Holiday requirement: 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday per year
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure
• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU nursing experience required
• Current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications mandatory
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system preferred
