Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinically competent nursing care to patients in the PACU setting
• Monitor and assess post-anesthesia patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Coordinate care with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe patient transitions
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned per unit scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a PACU setting
• Experience in an Endoscopy (ENDO) setting
