Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care- Provide high-quality post-anesthetic care to patients
- Monitor patient recovery and report any changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care- Minimum of 2 years RECENT experience within PACU specialty
- AHA BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- Experience with Cerner system
- Must work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
- Must work 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
