Contract | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and changes to the appropriate members of the healthcare team
Serve as the primary coordinator across all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and in a timely manner
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team
Follow Standard Precautions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact eligibility
PACU specialty experience required
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and exercise decisive judgment in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a post-anesthesia care or surgical recovery setting
Familiarity with discharge planning processes and interdisciplinary care coordination
