Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Rochester, Minnesota.
Travel PICU RN – 13-Week Assignment
Join a highly specialized Pediatric ICU caring for critically ill children with complex medical and surgical needs.
Contract: 13 weeks
⏰ Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: Day/night rotation
• Days: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Weekends: Every third weekend
48-Hour Option: Guaranteed 48 hours may be discussed at offer
Floating: Required as needed
Requirements:
✅ Minimum six months of travel experience
✅ Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry skills
✅ Ability to independently interpret cardiac rhythm strips
✅ Must pass an ECG exam during orientation to continue the assignment
Patient Population:
This PICU treats critically ill pediatric patients across multiple specialties, including:
• Medical and surgical
• Trauma and orthopedic
• Cardiac and neurological
• Pulmonary and multisystem conditions
• Congenital and complex medical conditions
• Liver and kidney transplants
• Bone marrow transplants
