Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will promote patient health by delivering professional nursing care tailored to the patient’s age and condition, in accordance with nursing and medical plans of care based on evidence-based practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to support patient health and wellness.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with regulations and established standards.
• Provide care to patients in NICU and CVICU settings, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Experience in Level III or IV NICU is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with floating to CVICU and NICU units is essential.
• Children’s hospital experience is preferred.

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Diploma in Nursing.

Certifications:

• Current RN license in Arizona or a compact state with multistate privileges.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
• NRP certification preferred.

Vaccination Requirements:

• COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
• Flu vaccination is required from October through April. Exemption applications must be submitted and approved prior to starting.
• Individuals not vaccinated for Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must wear a mask throughout the respiratory virus season.

This assignment may require working at multiple locations within the region, and shifts may be assigned during the interview process. Only previously discussed requests for time off (RTO) will be pre-approved.
