Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be ready to start ASAP and comply with essential holiday availability requirements.

Position Requirements

• Experience in a Level I trauma facility is required.
• Active Georgia or compact RN license is mandatory.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required.
• Knowledge of typical ICU drips, medications, and vasopressors is essential.
• A patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2 must be maintained.
• Availability to work every other weekend is necessary.

Holiday Availability

Candidates must be available to work either the Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday rotation based on staffing needs. Requests for both holidays off will result in disqualification from consideration.

Float Expectations

Registered Nurses will be required to float between multiple ICUs, including but not limited to:

• NICU (Level IV)
• TICU
• PICU
• CICU

If there is no ICU need, nurses may be asked to float to general care areas.

Clinical Experience

• Experience with servo ventilators used across all ICUs is necessary.
• Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) are utilized in each ICU.

Work Shift

This position requires night shifts of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).
