Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a Level I trauma facility PICU setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Float between multiple ICUs, including NICU, TICU, PICU, and CICU.
• Utilize Servo ventilators and respond to RRTs as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia or compact RN license required at submission.
• BLS and PALS (AHA only) certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric ICU or pediatric CICU experience preferred.
• Experience with ICU drips, medications, and vasopressors required.
• Epic EMR experience is preferred.
• BSN preferred, but not required.
