Join a leading healthcare organization as a PICU Registered Nurse in Columbus, OH. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a focus on pediatric intensive care, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Float to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed, complying with facility float expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment options.

Requirements:

• OH State or Compact RN license required.
• Highly preferred 2 years of PICU experience.
• Must have recent level 1 experience.
• Must provide 2 supervisory references, including at least 1 supervisor or manager titled reference upon submission.
• First-time travelers with closer to 3 years of PICU experience will be considered.
