Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) per week. Self-scheduling available with flexibility to work consecutive shifts or split throughout the week. Weekend coverage required on a variable basis. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Requirements:

  • Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
  • Minimum 1 year of PICU experience required
  • BLS and PALS certifications required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
  • Willingness to float to Pediatric Med/Surg and NICU units as needed
  • Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
