Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CVPICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This role requires a strong background in pediatric nursing, specifically within cardiovascular intensive care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training initiatives to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required.
• Current and valid nursing license in compliance with NLC guidelines.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts and accommodate weekend schedules as needed.

Special Requirements

• Pediatric experience is mandatory for this position.
• First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 3 or more years of recent pediatric experience.
• Local candidates will not be considered; a radius of 100 miles is strictly enforced.
