Staffing: 22 total (10 pediatric and 12 oncology). Always staffed with at least 1 oncology nurse per day. Day shift includes 4 RNs, 1 charge RN, 1 RT, and 1 PCT. Night shift includes 4 RNs, 1 charge RN, 1 RT, and 1 PCT. Patient ratios: 1:3, 1:4, 1:5. Type of equipment includes Alaris pumps. EMR used: Cerner. Best personality fit: Detail-oriented and organized. Floating areas include PICU and NICU. Dress code: Scrub color/attire - all navy blue or white top. Weekends: 6 weekend shifts required with 2 being Saturdays.
