Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Pediatric Cardiac OR position requiring 3+ years of OR experience and pediatric cardiac OR expertise with robotics experience.

Details

  • Pediatric Cardiac OR providing a full range of cardiac surgical services
  • Day shift 10-hour schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, with Thursdays 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Rotational day off included in schedule
  • No block or set scheduling
  • On-call required for emergency cases when the OR is closed, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • EPIC roles include Circulator and Scrub

Requirements

  • Active RN license (MD state or compact) required
  • BLS certification required
  • 3+ years of OR experience required
  • Current pediatric OR experience required
  • Pediatric Cardiac OR experience required
  • Robotics experience required
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Experience circulating and scrubbing required
  • Comparable facility size experience required (500+ bed facility experience for this position)

Additional Information

  • Work in a high-acuity pediatric cardiac surgical environment at a major academic medical center
  • Strong candidates preferred given the complexity and prestige of this facility
  • Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
