  • Float Requirement: Float rotation may be required, including PICU, NICU, ED BH, ED helping hands, and SPARC-E
  • Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, PALS, 2 years pediatric medical-surgical nursing experience, BSN preferred, current Epic experience (within the last year), and ability to work 2 of 3 holidays and 4 weekends within four weeks.
  • Additional Information: The unit requires a high level of competence, flexibility, dependability, and the ability to move quickly, with a strong teamwork approach. Resource RN and charge RN support the team, with no direct patient assignments for charge RNs. The facility values staff who are willing to step in and assist as needed.
